We are pleased to announce that we will be open again as a full service restaurant for the month of September - from 9/2 - 9/26/10

Here at Suruchi (Sanskrit for ‘good taste’) we bring you delectable, fresh, authentic Indian cuisine, served in a beautiful, calm atmosphere. It is our wish that your dining experience be nourishing & enjoyable for both your body and spirit.

All our dishes are made from scratch from carefully chosen fresh ingredients with special attention to cooking methods.

Our quality ingredients include the exclusive use of:

Filtered water
Sea salt
Extra-virgin organic coconut oil and high quality canola oil
Fresh vegetables
Organic brown basmati rice
Organic tofu
Freshly made chick peas
Homemade yogurt and cheese (paneer) made from hormone/antibiotic-free, local milk
Dosa batter made from freshly soaked grains and ground in a traditional stone grinder from South India
Homemade breads, prepared fresh per order
Free-range chicken
Wild shrimp

All our food is cooked in stainless steel or cast iron cookware (no aluminum cookware or microwave is used.)
Most dishes are gluten-free.
All entrees spiced to order, as hot or mild as you choose.
We do our best to accommodate your dietary needs whenever possible.
